'The check in took so long because the check in lady took for ever she was looking for a interpreter knowing that I spoke in English to her Then went to have dinner at the restaurant and there was water dropping on the food from the air conditioning ducts They don’t clean the rooms They don’t check the pools there was food inside the hot tub and the pools I was awhile in there and didn’t see why one'

'The location was excellent. The checking was smooth and easy. The actual unit B351 was clean but looked old and needs updating. The popcorn ceilings are brown and popping off from prior visible water damage. The worst thing about this unit was the master bedroom. The TV is to the left of the bed so you can’t see it unless you lay in your side. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. There was a cinder block underneath holding it up. Maybe one person would be comfortable...

'My family had a great stay at this place. It's actually a 2-level townhouse structure, which we liked (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs). The AC works great and has a modern digital thermostat. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. There is also a balcony off the master BR. The place is a little worn, but clean and has a newer stainless steel fridge (but no icemaker).
