The view of the hotel is magnificent, the weather, the beach. Everything that its free (nature) is the best at this hotel. Regarding the food. Breakfast is ok. There was fruit, juice, eggs, quesadillas, hotcakes. Pretty variable but lunch and dinner were horrible! Tasteless, uncooked and poor quality. Huge disappointment. The rooms need a huge check of maintenance. The toilette didn’t flush well. Shower pressure not good. You couldn't change the language in any movie channel. I had to ask twice for a change of room because they were giving me something less valuable than what I paid for and that really pissed me off. There isn't much privacy between rooms. You can hear and see people and viceversa quite easy. Privacy is practically inexistant. The masseuse I had was extraordinary good (kudos to Hasibé) excellent massage. Beach club in great need of employees. It was basically self service and sometimes I felt that one of the waiters (Carlos) wasn't very happy to be at your service. Not very nice. Having to wait half an hour to come and go from the beach club to the hotel is a headache because you end up wasting precious time. The option of taking the stairs carrying your bag, towel or anything else is unbearable. Stairs are very difficult to climb and not safe at all. Its rather steep. Its not an option. Taking all these details into account the price of the rooms and services are too high. It is not a 4 star!
