'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. 'The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable, with huge television and amazing views from the bedroom and balcony. Wow Stays' communication has been excellent, making pre-check-in, check-in and check-out a breeze. The staff at the reception, based in the South Tower, were also helpful answering the questions I had. Having access to a communal swimming pool, sauna, gym, arcade and theatre room were a bonus. The property does have some signs of wear 'n' tear, but nothing that spoiled my...
