This charming unit features an OPEN LAYOUT with a spacious living and kitchen area., In addition to the TOP OF THE LINE patio furniture, washer/dryer, and multiple additional items to numerous to mention here. The custom kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with everything you need to cook as much as your heart desires! This comfy pad also features plenty of counter space with NEW BAR STOOLS comfortable bar seating! The master bedroom includes a roomy king sized bed and a large master bath!

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed. Bunk beds in the hallway. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6.

Property Photos are glamorous

This unit is way more dated than the photos show. The ocean view was direct, beautiful and spot on. The rest was disappointing. Owners might be "do it yourselfers". Lots of caulk and "patch" work. Dirty. I wrote my name in the dust on top of the refrigerator. Spend a little more and be happier.

Plenty of room & beautiful view!

We stayed with our three teens and had plenty of room. The bathroom configuration allowed for multiple family members to shower, potty and change clothes without fighting. Big win for a mom of teens. Lol!

Great Time

This condo was clean, spacious, full kitchen with everything you need, you can even cook a Thanksgiving dinner meal there. Great to have washer and dryer to make a quick load of laundry after a day at the beach. Near by restaurants and ice-cream shop/minigolf. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Ummm it was not as expected, at all

So I’ll just save you some time. I’m a pretty positive person and the owners here tried to decorate and furnish to make this one more modern looking but the building is old. The pool sucked to be honest. The crowd this place attracted seemed to be a party crowd-as we smelled weed numerous days. Not to mention there was lots of smoking cigarettes in what were non smoking units. We couldn’t even enjoy the balcony for al the smoke. Thin walls. Paper labels on the light switches. There was a roach on the wall in the master bedroom. Jack and Jill bathroom lacked a lot. The tub looked old and dirty. The master bed was stiff as a board-absolute garbage. Not to mention this unit it TIGHT outside the elevators and trash chute. SO NOISY and there is a light that shines in the master all night. Cracked tiles on the floor. Just feel very jipped and ripped off by choosing this one. We could’ve stayed at the Hilton Sandestin for cheaper. We will definitely not be back.

Awesome time!!

My mom, sister ,aunt and I traveled to Fort Walton the week after Memorial Day. We loved the condo. It was clean, spacious , and was conveniently located near many attractions that were a short drive away. The beach was beautiful and we saw many dolphins on our visit. Brooks and Shorey always treats us right and this time was no different. Definitely recommend this condo to anyone !
