This three-bedroom/two-bath unit features a lovely living area with ample seating for all, a sofa that pulls out to a bed for an extra sleeping area, the access to the balcony off the living room provides a view that is unparalleled, this unit also has a fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances. A master bedroom that has a comfortable king size bed and access to the private balcony as well. The two double beds in the guest bedroom are ideal for additional sleeping arrangements. . Centered directly over the pool area, you will enjoy a 4th story view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Comes with all the amenities of home - washer and dryer, cable TV, .

Great location and complex

The location is perfect for our family getaway. The condo had everything needed for our stay. It definitely needs some updating and the master bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard which is why I gave it an overall 4 star rating. The property management was great and responded very quickly to everything! We'll definitely be back to Gulf Dunes but will choose a different condo.

We were happy with the size of the unit it met our family's needs. The location was an area we were familiar with and we loved the views and the fireworks from the pier. The unit needs to be updated. The decor is dated and some of the countertops were chipping. We were extremely disappointed in the water. It was filthy and completely filled with seaweed. So much no one gets in. I know this is not the owner's fault by all means. But the option to hang out at the pool was there and we did a lot. It was very disappointing in the pool area. Not one time did the area get cleaned, washed off of sand and dirt and had no shade at all. Here's to hoping the next time we go we have beautiful water to see and swim in.

Wonderful week at the beach

We enjoyed our stay here. The property was exactly as pictured, and the location was perfect. There was construction going on during the day but it didn’t disrupt our activities and the grounds are looking much better with those updates. There was an issue with the coffee maker, and it was replaced within the hour. We would stay again, and recommend the property to others looking for a wonderful beach location.

The condo was clean and comfortable for our week long relaxing do nothing vacation. The accommodations were spacious and decorated nicely. The kitchen was fully equipped with more than we could use but appreciative of the stocked kitchen. We arrived a few days after Hurricane Sally had made landfall but Brooks and Shorey Realty were quick to respond to questions and provided us with an update on the condo. The master bedroom had a bit of water make it through the sliding glass doors onto the carpet. It was not dry by the time we arrived. We had to ask for someone to come in and work more on the wet carpet. Due to fans and other equipment left in room to remove the moisture we were unable to use master bedroom for two nights of our stay. We would stay there again.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint we have are the kitchen supplies. They could update the skillets and utensils. Make sure you bring your own scissors because theirs do not work. Other than that we had an amazing time.

Great getaway

The condo was very comfortable for family of 7. Really enjoyed the location just steps away from the beach. Parking was convenient and well lit. Dolly carts to haul luggage and groceries, trash chutes by elevator, and clean bbq grills downstairs were all very convenient. Master bedroom and bathroom were very spacious. Bunk room perfect for two younger boys. Tubs didn’t drain well on first day and management sent someone almost immediately and corrected the problem. Would be nice to have grilling tools in condo. Stewbys Shanty across the street- very fresh food with great hush puppies too! Publix grocery store is no HEB but had good offers. Beware they don’t give cash for returns; only store credit. Power up Motor Sports for pontoon and jet ski rental was great! We had a great time even through the brief showers we had. Would definitely love to stay here again.
