**Peaceful, Private, and Perfect for Families (and Pets!)**We absolutely loved our stay at this beach house! It was the perfect mix of comfort and privacy — tucked away just enough to feel secluded, yet still close to everything we needed. The house was incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and unwind.One of the biggest highlights for us was how **dog-friendly** it was. It’s so refreshing to find a place that truly welcomes pets and still maintains such a clean, well-kept environment.The atmosphere was peaceful, the views were beautiful, and the home had all the amenities we could ask for. We just spent 8 magical days at this stunning canal-front home, and it was everything we hoped for. The high-end finishes and attention to detail throughout the property made it feel luxurious and welcoming. Outside, the heated pool was just steps from the door, and the pool deck was outfitted with exceptionally comfortable furniture—perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. Kayaks were provided for launching right from the backyard, even saw dolphins on one of our excursions. A favorite feature was the elevated deck, which offered breathtaking sunset views, perfect for evening cocktails.Inside, the home was spacious and well furnished with everything we needed, including a washer and dryer. The fast WiFi was a bonus, keeping us connected for streaming movies and football games as well as playing video games. We brought our two dachshunds and truly appreciated the pet-friendly touches like tile floors and fenced backyard. The hosts were super responsive. Pre-arrival emails provided everything we needed for a smooth check in. We encountered only one minor maintenance issue—a loose towel bar bracket—and the response was impressively quick, with the maintenance man arriving within minutes.Innerarity Point is beautiful and convenient to all our favorite spots, like the Point Restaurant, Florabama Lounge and the beach. It was also just a short drive to NAS Pensacola to see the Blue Angels perform. Perfect setting for our annual family reconnect!

Didn’t want to leave!

This house was one of the cleanest houses I’ve ever stayed at. The location off of the bayou and the pool were amazing. There were so many things to do the kids were never bored, this house had everything! Just wish we stayed longer. The beaches in Perdido key were great but had so many jellyfish. I recommend driving over to orange beach for a better experience.

Loved it!

Perfect location with everything we needed right at the house and just a short distance from the beaches. We enjoyed the kayaks, the swimming pool and fishing. Its a nice yard with a fence that was great for our dog. The views were beautiful from the house. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in several VRBO houses in the last few years. This house was the best, well stocked with items you may have left behind. Don’t worry it’s at this house. House is as very clean and comfortable beds. We had a long drive to get there and were able to unload the boat, park the truck at the house and explore until check in time. Communication with Patty was above and beyond.

The house was clean and very well maintained. Setup was perfect . The problem was the beds , they where very old and they made noise every move you made , and im talking about the bunkbeds. Just horrible. You can enjoy the house during the day, but at night , the amount of bugs outside where extream . I wish they would have posted this before i booked ,The fact that you cant turn on the lights outside after dusk was a negative. Also so many cleaning fees . You dont clean the grill cleaning fee, you dont clean out the fridge extra fee. I thought i paid for a cleaning before. Why so many extra for something so simple.

Our first spring break trip and Bayou Nest met all of our needs. We loved the pool and fenced in yard for our pup. Location was great for us as it was away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to all the areas attractions.The free ticket to the dolphin cruise was amazing.

Great Beach Hopping Location!

House was exceptionally clean with a nice big backyard for our four legged family member! Location was perfect for beach hopping. We visited several local beaches, all within 20 minutes of the house. Shopping and dinning are within a 10-20 minute drive too. Great location to the bay, if you want to kayak out and do some fishing or just for the adventure of it, but the water was too low for us to get into the kayaks. You can clearly see the bay from the house. All in all a relaxing stay for the whole family. Something for everyone just a few minutes away!

We had a wonderful visit. This home was even better than advertised. We enjoyed fishing, swimming in the pool, kayaking, the views from the upper deck of the Bayou and the proximity to beautiful beaches. Home was well stocked with kitchen items, plenty of towels, fishing poles, tackle boxes, outdoor kitchen and sunroom were also awesome. Comfortable beds and pet friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed ourselves immensely. A lot of pros to this house including the pool and fishing. Only con is the master bedroom has a sliding barn door with no lock which wouldn’t be an issue if the bathroom had a door with a lock which it didn’t. Other than that, had a great time and will definitely consider staying again.
