"This large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachfront condo is located on the 6th floor of this complex. It has a 30-foot private balcony that faces the Gulf of Mexico with spectacular views including sunset. The carpeted living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa. The primary bedroom faces the Gulf and has a King size bed, 32" Smart TV, reading chair, and sliding glass door to the balcony. The Guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds with a 32" TV. The main living area is large with dining and game tables, and a sliding glass door to the balcony. A 55 inch TV has DIRECTV cable service, along with a Blu-ray DVD player with streaming capabilities, as do the other TVs. This unit also has high-speed WI-FI internet access. Remodeled bathrooms include a walk-in primary shower. The large kitchen is fully equipped with well-stocked cabinets for the cooks in the family. There is a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience."

We really enjoyed our stay! I would definitely recommend if you have toddler age children stay at this location, to add an additional interior lock to the entrance door to the condo, as the door only locks from the outside, the interior stays unlocked. Also, noting for toddler aged children, the outdoor balcony railing is climbable. We just moved all furniture towards the sliding glass doors and ensured he was supervised 24/7. Overall, the views are phenomenal. The condo was beautiful, decorated nicely, with plenty of room for the entire family and more if needed. All amenities are in the perfect driving distance and the beach was never over crowded. I will say to keep in mind also, umbrella rentals were not included with this unit so the rentals were 50 for the day and not 15 as advertised on the beach, but no big deal, just noting for future renters! You can also bring and set up your own! This unit is very updated with new appliances and very clean and modern look! We loved it and would definitely book again!

Good stay but safety??

We had a great stay except for the balcony door not locking. My 2 year told escaped to the balcony and climbed up the railing. It was a very scary experience. We had to go by a broom stick to lodge in the sliding door.

Updated condo

We enjoyed the very clean ,updated condo on the top floor. It has gorgeous views and large rooms. Bring your own towels ,and chairs ,as it is 48 dollars per day to rent two chairs. . Everyone else had complimentary chairs but this condo does not. Where to pick up keys is hard to find,but it is next to a miniature golf place .Wonderful experience towels ,and kibeach towels, extra short beach access

Great place!

We have stayed at many different places on the island and this one might have been my favorite! It’s extremely roomy, has a BEAUTIFUL view and literally just seconds from the sand. The only downfall was there was only little glasses to drink out of and the bedrooms stayed very hot. The thermostat is locked at 71 so we had to go buy fans in order to sleep comfortably. It’s got very large rooms and not enough vents. But we will most definitely be back!

Great place could use a few updates but as a rental property it has everything we needed. The huge plus was the kitchen was stocked to the brim with plates cups utensils pots pans you name it . Great experience.

The property could use little updating , especially in kitchen. The beds in guest room were awful, the most uncomfortable bed I have every slept in. Hard and made noises ever time you moved. However the cleanliness of this condo was best I've ever stayed in.

Very clean and beautiful beach front view

It is exactly as pictured. A little out dated but very clean and a perfect beach front location with an amazing view. Staff also, did a great job of keeping the pool area clean as well as the common areas. Plenty of clean towels too! We had a great time staying at Surf Dweller 611 and would recommend it to anyone who values a great price, great location, great view and very very clean condo! Did I mention how clean it was!!! It is close to restaurants, ice cream, Mini golf and souvenir shops… We will be back!

Very poorly maintained condo. Needs updating

Called Alecia Hollis Realty with complaints regarding TVs not working. Also, master bath sink was stopped up & wouldn't drain. They did nothing. I called Direct Tv & they sent someone but he couldn't fix them. Also, the elevators broke down and had to use the stairs. I had knee replacement last year & stairs are difficult for me. I'm disappointed in Hollis Realty maintenance! Needs a kitchen update. New appliances & countertop. Formica was ripped off in chunks. Poor maintenance.

Very spacious condo. Excellent view of the beach, loved the huge balcony. Easy access to the beach, and Parking lot. Everything we needed was on hand in the unit laundry coffee pot. Lots of seating inside and outside on balcony. I’m very happy with this condo, will likely stay again in the future Thank you!
