'This is an unstaffed hotel in a mixed-use building. The location is not central but very close to Peggy Guggenheim and the academic gallery, literally several minutes. I highly recommend the Moro Cafe for breakfast or for a snack - very close by. I believe some rooms overlook the canal, ours didnt, but it overlooked a very nice garden. 'There is no staff on site, and reaching by Expedia messaging doesnt get a quick response. My interaction with the staff, via messaging, was not very pleasant and it turned out to be very unhelpful. From the time of the booking until check out, the only time the staff reached out to me was for the taxes. 'Tien minuutjes wandelen van het San Marcoplein, en dus ideaal gelegen. Zeer goede en vriendelijke ontvangst, vooraf ook zeer goede 'handleiding' over hoe daar te geraken van bv. de cruisehaven. Ontbijt is zeer lekker. Kamer was mooi en proper. Je kan de vensters gewoon openen, en genieten van de gondola's die onder het raam doorvaren, en waarop gezongen wordt. TV is zonder de traditionele alleen maar Italiaanse kanalen, maar wel Netflix voorhanden (en andere internet-tv). Zeker een aanrader !!'
