'We loved everything about this house! But especially the back yard that is like your own personal juggle retreat. We saw 2 kinds of monkeys, iguanas, toucans, and many other kinds of birds and butterflies. On the last day we even saw a sloth high up in the treetops. Once you go through the gate to the house, it is very quiet and seems secluded, but it is also very convenient to everything in Manuel Antonio. 'Our stay at this house was fantastic. The open-air layout allowed us to fully experience nature, and we had amazing wildlife sightings. Susan, the concierge, was really helpful, and Chef Renzo prepared incredible meals. The house was clean and comfortable throughout our stay; even with it being open air the housekeeper kept it spotless. The area felt safe, and it was convenient to get into town. Overall, a perfect blend of adventure and comfort in a stunning location. We will be back!'

'We had an amazing stay. The house was everything we expected and more! Clean, well equipped, quiet, conveniently located and packed with wildlife. We saw capuchin white faced monkeys, squirrel monkeys, lizards and many birds! Carlos was very accommodating and responsive. It was just a perfect stay! We cannot wait to go back!'

'We were 4-couples and it was comfortable. The master was outstanding and the upstairs suite was very nice. The other two bedrooms had to share a Jack and Jill bathroom which would be odd if you’re not family. There is a full bathroom off the pool you can use to ease the busy getting ready times. The fifth bedroom would be awkward to use as it is downstairs off the carport, staff bedroom would describe it. The road up to the house is steep and a 4x4 is not a bad idea but 2 wheelers did make it....

'The front patio of Casa Mono Congo was a show-stopper with its amazing view of the ocean and lush jungle from the patio pool, which we spent a lot of time in just enjoying the view. The communication with Maria was so helpful as she was able to secure reservations for us, including a chef who made us an amazing dinner. 'Truly made our trip that much better! The place was spotless and clean. We loved having the balcony that literally put you in the trees. Every morning we would hear monkeys and it was a delight! We went during the raining season and when it rained it was magical to sit on the balcony. There was a plunge pool and one day while sitting in the pool a monkey joined me on the other end! Incredible experience you won’t get elsewhere. We saw parrots and toucans we didn’t see at the national park!...

'birthday trip for me and my friend and our husbands!! Costa Rica is AMAZING! Yosue was so prompt on any questions we had - he helped us book some AMAZING tours!! and also helped us with restaurants. We would never have gone to the Monarco Butterfly House/Cafe for lunch if he had not recommended it. The house was great for the 4 of us - plenty of room to move around and the pool was beautiful! the 2 flights of stairs is only drawback :) but it is worth it!'

'The house was huge. Plenty of room for all the family. There was six of us. It has a beautiful view of the rainforest and partial ocean view. Monkeys came to visit us on the porch in the morning. Very clean. Maria was very helpful. The air conditioning went out in the upstairs bedroom and Maria had it fixed super quick. She also gave advice on places to eat and activities. Close to restaurants, shopping, marina, parks and beaches. Highly recommend '
