The only area for improvement was noise, as there was a low humming sound from the bathroom ceiling and corridor noise could carry into the room at times. With a bit more attention to soundproofing, the guest experience would be even better.'

'The Hotel deserves 5 stars coz of location, cleanliness, delicious freshly prepared food from their kitchen, and friendly staff who are also very accommodating. However, guests are inconvenienced due to 1) no desk in room. I was told by reception that desks are available in superior rooms and not in basic rooms. I checked hotel’s website and don’t see any mention of desks in superior/ other rooms or any photos showing desk in room?? 2) Electrical outlets locations are poorly located in relation...

'Geweldig en nieuw hotel - slechts 1 jaar oud. Moderne kamers met alles wat je nodig hebt. Goed eten in restaurant en geweldig personeel. Let wel, alcohol in de bar is nogal prijzig. Kan over de locatie weinig zeggen; wij waren er alleen een enkele nacht op doorreis. '

'This property was extremely clean. You were greeted with the Hindi red dot on your forehead. the property has a gym, spa, restaurant, rooftop pool, helipad, and rooms with balconies that showcase the beautiful views of Munnar. The only downfall was the breakfast for me - it was cold and not the best. The fresh juice was great! but i would not recommend having breakfast here. Munnar itself has so much to do and see so the options around are endless. The staff was very friendly, spoke good English...

'Walls of room were dirty. Room smelt stuffy and of mothballs. Bathroom stank of bleach and commercial toilet pellets. No bath mat and slippery tiles. AC wasn't working. Only a small part of the food menu was available and it was a 40 minute drive to the town. We requested cutlery, not supplied. Pepsi was warm as the kitchen fridge had been turned off.
