'Clean, quiet, pool area very nice..pool was cold. Court yard was really nice... grill needs some tlc as all burners did not work. Breakfast was good, many options hot and fresh. Would definitely stay again. Not familiar with Grand Rapids, this was a nice, safe neighborhood with many restaurants and shopping opportunities. TY'
