Hôtel près de Parc Mayfield Park (Southampton)

« Oui tout était parfait »

« Very friendly and welcoming owner. »

« La grandeur de la chambre, l'espace de la salle de bain, le personnel, le petit déjeuner. »

« There was absolutely no point in having a kitchen there were no cooking appliances plates or cups only one fork knife and spoon the kitchen was a complete waste the property if ur staying for multiple nights was not advisable »

« Check-in is after 5pm...extremely late while other hotels Re much earliee. I was only given the code almost at the time for Check-in. No communication if needed. »

« Horrendous. Oven was so dirty it couldn't be used. Room has one mug, one towel, one pillow - two of us staying. Dirty sponges left at the sink, clearly used multiple times. Bed was horrific, worst mattress I've ever slept on, very old, bed falling apart, not even a full size double. Husband and I are very average in size I had to try and sleep either end of the bed - didn't help due to the noise of other residents all night. Fridge not cleaned, food still in there from last person.Young men...

« A nice room and good location for public transport into Southampton by Train or Bus. Convenient Co-Op and choice of take away food shops. I felt that some small changes would have raised my score, including: Toilet Seat properly fixed. Sufficient crockery and cutlery for 2 people, including glasses, desert spoons (there were none) dinner plates. TV (there is an aerial socket) Toaster Small changes, make a big difference. »

« I got to the facility and it was being lived in. The guy on tne intercom said he had been living there for 11 weeks So contacted the feeder company and they were not available Was on foot so tried desperately to get a taxi to no avail. Not an experience that I would wish for anyone They told me I need to contact you to get a complete refund made payable to the account I paid you from Many thanks Colin Burnhams bc901054@gmail.com Tel 07909981811 »

« Avoid this place! > We had a confirmed reservation, but when we arrived to check in, it turned out our room had been given to someone else. The host was completely unreachable and ignored all our calls and messages. We were left stranded without a place to sleep. Very unprofessional and unreliable. »

« Au calme à 15.mn de Southampton, prix très correct et jolie chambre. Lit confortable et salle de bain spacieuse. Bon petit déjeuner. »

« Amazing place to stay! Will definitely be booking again when I come back to Hampshire »

« We just stayed for one night and found the hotel very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly, check-in and out were easy and quick. »

« Recently refurbished hotel »

« Hôtel atypique, chaque chambre est différent, certains chambres au Rez sont proches de parking staff avec bruit des voitures tôt le matin. Mieux pendre une chambre à l’étage mais pas d’ascenseur. Grande parking gratuit. Emplacement isolé en ville et relativement calme. Personnel à l’écoute et réactif. »
