At first i had made contact with the manager while checking in, he was amazing. After the second week of staying there the manager followed through with my request of keeping the same room. 'Pretty basic hotel, with its greatest asset being next door to The Galleria Mall. The room was acceptable as were the amenities. We had some loud neighbors, and the gentleman at the front desk was kind and found a room on another floor to move too so that would could sleep. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, so that deserves a five star from me.'
