'We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans...

'Loved, loved, loved this place!! Staff was super friendly and very informative about local pizza places. Channel was awesome, kind and accommodating to our needs. The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was wonderful with a spa and pool—both clean. The breakfast was exceptional with bacon, eggs, potatoes, cereal and all the other “continental” items. The whole hotel is a beautiful getaway. Beautifully decorated and not anything like what you would expect from a hotel in an abandoned strip...

'De hoofd locatie was erg mooi. De gangen naar de kamers waren donker en met vloerbedekking wat onhandig was met koffers. De deur naar het toilet kon niet dicht. Verder was de kamer prima en buiten was alles mooi verzorgd. Bij het zwembad kreeg je flesjes water. Een prima locatie om even tot rust te komen.'

'Pros: Staff - Very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about the property and provided all the necessary information upon check in. Room - I stayed in the executive suite which was huge and nicely decorated. Very large deep soaking tub with added jets that I feel are more hygienic than some of the older model tubs at other hotels. Lobby/Restaurant/Breakfast - The lobby is huge and very elegant. 'the place is obviously older and a bit outdated on the pullout mattress , the mattress was so thin you could feel the springs when laying down. it took a couple hours until i was able to actually fall asleep. luckily we just needed the stay for one night. breakfast was good but it was okay overall.'
