« Our stay was May 2024, we had a two bedroom suite with lake view. The second bedroom was dark with zero windows and right at the room door. The jacuzzi tub did not work, and there was no plug. We asked for plug and instead of handing me the plug they said the maintenance man would need to bring it up to the room. An hour later he did. Just handed it over and left. « We got a room with a jacuzzi tub and it had nothing to stop the drain with so we had to use a washcloth. The breakfast was awful, no eggs, no meat. Nothing that my husband and I could eat, we ended up having to get something and pay extra for breakfast. The staff was nice and the room was nice besides the drain issue. Would def. stay there again. »

« I've stayed here before and loved it. Rooms are beautiful and well kept. I had a fantastic view of water and Mac Bridge. Love getting up in morning and sitting on my private balcony and listening to the birds! Excellent access to foot and bike trails. I'm not into the noise and hustle bustle of town. Room was ready way before the 4:00 check in so I wasn't waiting around with my luggage. Will definitely be a returning guest!! »

« Terrible experience. This is my first public comment over 30 years of travel. Extremely noisy elevator bell located right in front of the room (which is not mentionned upon booking). Rambling noise starting a 4:30 am probably due to washing machines. I do not bother commenting on the rest. A hotel which does not guarantee proper resting should not exist. Avoid at all cost. »

« Can't beat the view! My husband and I were in town for the Zoo-De-Mack biking event, and we stayed in a 'Beachside Classic Cabin.' It was awesome to have the beach and view of Mackinac Island and the bridge right out our doorstep. We relaxed in the chairs on the beach for quite some time, and the beach fire pits are a fun addition. The cabin itself if fairly rustic, but was clean and functional.
