'I called the day before saying we would be checking in late, and to request a crib. We were told it would not be an issue. After a long day of travel, we arrived around midnight and checked in. It appeared we were placed in the wrong room - we were supposed to get a King suite and were given a double queen - and without a crib. I'

'Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows! Breakfast pastries are delicious good strong coffee too! Hope more variety food for breakfast. I would go back to this hotel tho.'

'Room, staff location everything was great'

'Room was not very clean. Dust everywhere even on back of toilet. Some strange substance on walls we cleaned off with Clorox wipes. Also had to ask for clean sheets as the sheets in one of the beds were dirty. Pool was also cloudy and dirty.'

'No water. Was told the whole time they were fixing it. I get it things happen. 4 nights 5 days of no water to little water. The staff telling the whole hotel they can’t wash towels because they don’t have enough water. Cold to luck warm showers when there was water. Yes I would have moved hotels if everything wasn’t booked for a trap shooting nationals. Told I don’t get money back because I booked third party. Missing tv that was to be in our room. One of the reasons I booked...

'Clean and nice experience'

'Excellent hotel all around. The lobby and rooms are in great condition - it's surprising that the building is about to undergo renovations in late 2026! The front desk and breakfast staff were great. Location is very quiet and convenient. I would definitely stay here again.'

'The wild goose and was beyond what I ever imagined it was such a nice quiet quaint place to take a nice break and just relax I got to enjoy it with my girlfriend for my birthday Al was amazing and as was the young gentleman that made my breakfast in the morning Paul maybe? I woke up at 6am from a random alarm on accident my fault. I'm terrible with names in the morning unfortunately but they were both so friendly and amazing and Yogi the dog was awesome. But not only were the rooms amazingly...

'Very clean room, super nice staff. The breakfast was top notch (try the lemon or churro flavored waffles, they were outstanding!) It’s a nice quiet hotel and I felt very comfortable there. When I visit my family in East Lansing, I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.'

'We enjoy staying at this hotel for the annual Capital City Comic Con. This year, we had a room with a view of the river and watched a fireworks show, which was a bonus. We will definitely be returning to this location and highly recommend this hotel to other cosplayers.'

'The room was nice and clean and the beds were comfy. I wished there had been a microwave for our eating out leftovers. There was not much water pressure so showers were affected. Staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was pretty basic…I missed having waffles…and there was little daily variety. We were charged $10 a day to park! I think that was outrageous!'
