The rental itself was very nice and the property amenities and proximity to attractions is great!! 5-stars for that!!However, the service from the property manager, "Grand Welcome" was horrendous! Definitely 1-star!! Listing indicated parking passes were provided in the rental however I recieved an email from a 3rd party instructing me I would have to pay for parking passes through them. Called to get clarification because the listing and 3rd party emails were contradicting one another. I was told by the property manager they would get and answer to me before we planned to depart for our trip. Didnt hear anything for hours and had to call back on our way down. No information was left on my account and had to jump back through all the hoops once again to finally get an answer. Throughout the stay, I had to communicate with the property manager for various things. To which, there was none. I would call or text the number provided and noone would ever get back in touch or text back. Just a text from another person at the company saying sorry, they were handling the situation now. I cannot express how poor the property management company was. Luckily enough, I met a nice lady onsite who gave me the onsite property managment teams info and that will be who we use when we decide to go back!Property - Property Manager -
