  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Wonderful family condo. Our stay was exceptional. Condo was exactly as described. Jason went above and beyond communicating which is greatly appreciated. The resort was clean, friendly staff and provided ample activities to keep everyone entertained for our week long stay. Would absolutely stay here again for a return trip.

Annual Family Vacation

We had cousins ranging from 19-33 years of age, two aunts and a grandmother who is 82. We have been renting from Edgewater for 30 years and this was our most favorite condo of all the years. It was so nice and had everything we needed and such an amazing view! We will definitely be renting this again next time we visit.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We loved the condo and the view! The beach here is amazing. The kids loved the pools. We had communication with the owner multiple times between booking and leaving the property and felt like we were in good, caring hands. The location is perfect, away from the "rowdier" parts of PCB. We would 100% recommend this property to others!

First time at PCB

This property was everything as described. Very clean. Very updated. The absolute perfect view. The owner (Jason) went above and beyond to make sure everything was easy and stress free for us. We had last minute changes in our plan and he was very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this condo because it is absolutely everything you could want for a beach vacation but more so because the owner is great! We will go back!

Memorial Day Family Trip

This property is fantastic, and the host is excellent and ready to help at a moment's notice. It is better than the listing can even show. I would recommend 9 out of 10: reserved parking is the only thing that could make it better, would be reserved parking, but its manageable. I will definitely be back, and the family loved it.

Summer Vacation

We have stayed at Edgewater about 10 times now and we love the property. This unit was a perfect location for us in tower 2 right off the elevator. Room was clean and well maintained. The best part of the stay was probably the communication with the host, they went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. We would stay here again!

Hi everyone,we booked our vacation for May 28th to June 3rd Beckman 806 at Edgewater. From the time I booked the owner was very helpful communicating on any questions we had etc even during our stay checked in to make sure everything was okay.The room was absolutely beautiful and clean. The view was gorgeous just sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and water and the pool was right at us which was great. We will most definitely book again on our next family trip. If you’re looking for something clean, gorgeous and most of all communication this is deft the room!! You won’t be disappointed!!

Awesome condo and host

Could not have been happier with this premium-feeling condo and resort. The accommodations were perfect. The condo is equipped with everything you will need. The common areas and multiple pools are clean and ample. Even though we were there during the busy spring break season, Edgewater never felt crowded. I was amazed that we never had to wait more that 5 minutes for an elevator and parking was so easy. The Beckman's are great hosts. The view is stunning, We could not have been happier and will go back again some time.

Best owners ever!

We haves stayed at many condos in PCB, so I can easily say that these owners were the best! Not only is the condo beautiful and has everything you can need. Plenty of pots and dishes and baking supplies, including a crock pot which was so great. We put a meal in it in the morning, went down to the beach and had a great meal ready for our hungry family. Lots of beach toys for the kids too. But the biggest plus was how these owners went above and beyond to make a couple requests I had possible! I honestly feel like I made a friend. We highly recommend this rental!

Fun family vacation

Beckman Beach Retreat

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well kept, very beautiful inside and outside. Panama City Beach is one of our favorite beaches to visit and This resort was perfect for us.

Best Condo we have ever stayed in!!!

Myself, husband, 2 adult daughters with their hubbys, and 14yo son all stayed in this amazing condo and we have zero complaints!! Everything was perfect! Condo has all you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! VERY CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED!! Breathtaking view, plenty of beds for everyone, there is the cutest bunk nook with full bed on bottom and twin on top perfect foe kids! Beautiful decor!! Plenty of closet, dresser, storage space to feel at home away from home!! Edgewater resort is a secure gated community and their facilities are very accommodating as well! The most beautiful pool I have ever seen at any resort! Restaurant and ice cream shop attached to Tower II which is we’re this condo is. The best part is the owners of this condo personally communicated with me and we’re a text/call away to ensure the entire trip was as it should be!!!!

Great Condo & Experience

Condo is beautifully maintained and comfortable. Has a lot of space. The additional bunk nook makes it perfect for families with more than 2 children. Views are spectacular. Pools and beach are just steps away. Communication with owners is Excellent, they help make sure you enjoy your stay. Extra beach chairs and toys were available in the Condo which is appreciated.
