« Amazing stay with friends for a night! We loved the pool, staff and food/drinks. Exceptional service-- we felt like we were in East Hampton, not Western, NY. »
« The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. « The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We traveled to Geneva for the Ironman race and so we had to wake up super early. The hotel staff had arranged âgrab-and-goâ bags for the athletes to have breakfast at 4am. They also made the breakfast nook available so we could use the toaster, microwave coffeemaker and hot water for those of us that had packed our breakfast essentials. Thank you to the Microtel team for going above and beyond !!! »
« We were there for a short time, but this is a large hotel without feeling crowded. The lobby and courtyard are so cute and a great place to enjoy the included breakfast! »

"The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. We had to ask at the desk for towels and supplies, but the promised room service never materialized. Very disappointing, because it could have been a perfect stay. We could come back if the manager promises to hire more people when it is required, and based on attendance. The poor room technician we crossed once looked perfectly exhausted and certainly not happy."
