A large living room slider provides access to the patio. The dining area features a four-person dining table perfect for enjoying meals with your loved ones. The kitchen is amply stocked for all the meal prep you will need. The small front bedroom has been configured for a home office. The unit features a full-size washer and dryer, and a one-car parking garage. Guest vehicles must be parked in the garage or guest parking per the HOA. No driveway parking overnight is allowed. No large vehicles or Trucks allowed in the community, all full size or commercial vehicles have to park outside the community.

The main bedroom features a king bed, a 42in. Smart TV, ample closet space, and a ceiling fan. The primary bedroom ensuite bath features a large closet, spacious vanity and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, a 42in. SmartTV, ceiling fan, and a closet The hall bathroom features a shower-tub combination with a large vanity.



OUTDOORS

Unit patio features outdoor dining for 4 guests and a three-burner BBQ. The unit is located 50 feet from one of the two community pools and spas, perfect for catching some sun. The gated community features a total of two pools and two spas and a tennis court for guest use.

1.5 miles to El Paseo Shops & Dining, a quarter mile walk to Palm Desert Civic Center and Aquatic Center, 1 Mile to El Paseo Shopping District, 6 miles to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, 12 miles to Coachella Valley Fairgrounds (Music Festivals) 20 minutes to Palm Springs Airport, 2.5 hours to San Diego, L.A., and Disneyland.

There is an additional nonrefundable fee for pets.

One dog per reservation is permitted unless additional pets are approved in advance.

Dogs must be under 35 pounds and at least 12 months old, unless an exception is approved in writing by the property owner.

Due to insurance requirements, certain breeds and mixes may not be permitted, including Pit Bull/Pit Bull-type breeds, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Bullmastiffs, Boxers, and similar restricted breeds.

Any exception must be approved in writing before arrival. Please do not bring a pet that does not meet these guidelines without prior approval.

Guests are responsible for their pets throughout their stay and for any damage, excessive cleaning, odor removal, or other pet-related costs.

Pets should be well supervised and may not be left unattended when doing so could result in property damage, excessive barking, or disturbance to neighbors.

Pet requirements may vary by property based on homeowner preferences and insurance requirements.
