'The pool'

'Prima kamer (suite).

'HIGHLY RECOMMEND! An Absolute Gem! This place is pure magic. It’s the perfect blend of peace, quiet, and relaxation, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. The mineral pools are amazing, and having three different temperatures to choose from is such a great touch. The grounds are beautiful and impeccably maintained, and the entire property has a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. It’s an adults-only space, and the quiet ambiance is respected throughout the property. Everyone speaks...

'Outstanding pools , services, staff members Justin & James at the front desk . Food in cafe was Delicious ! Can’t wait to come back !'

'Mooi in Marokkaanse stijl uitgerust hotel, met aandacht voor de sfeervolle details. Er is een heetwater bron en een zwembad. Ze bieden ook wellness en spa-behandelingen aan. De sportmassage is aan te raden 😀. '

'PROS: Clean, modern, bright and pretty room. Large space. Helpful staff communication. Self check-in. Allows dogs. Area right outside room for pet relief, however, no grass. Great little kitchen area with full-size fridge and lots of supplies. Great amenities. Optional spa services. CONS: I was not made aware by Hotels.com nor lodging that my room would be offsite down the street. This in itself was not an issue because as mentioned above, the room was great. However, at this offsite location,...

'Check in very easy and Damaris (receptionist) very nice.'

'Heerlijk mini-resort, volgens vaste gasten met stip het beste hotel in desert hot springs. De eigenaar Greg is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Na een lange wandeling in de omgeving zijn de thermale baden heerlijk. En slaap je goed op het tempur matras. Desert Hot Springs is een onooglijk stadje, maar op Palm Drive zit een leuk authentiek Mexicaans eethuis. En er zijn veel wandelmogelijkheden in de buurt.'

'Only problem was with housekeeping bringing unpaid guest and a child to enjoy all the amenities that was only required for paying adults.. Showed up and accessed my room to only find housekeeping staying in what was suppose to be my room. Wine, used towels, bed unmade. Thought it was a double booked room then found out it was the maid staying in the room that was booked to me. Very unprofessional'

'My wife and I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Mi Kasa. We basically had the whole place to ourselves from Monday morning until we checked out Tuesday morning at 11:00 am. We definitely will be back.'

'Very quiet. Adult only. Plenty of chairs, tables, and even day beds to lounge around. Nice deco. Large mineral water whirl pool. Owners manage the property. No front desk staff available at night but reachable via phone on emergency (ie. locked yourselves out)😅 Breakfast was OK. Wish more varieties or at least changes from time to time.'

'The owners are SO rude. They change prices for everyone and argue with all guests in front of other guests. And even when you call them out for being unfair they just tell you too bad. Pay the higher price or leave. We watched them do it to a few people as well as us. The husband has no idea what is going on ever. He doesn’t have the code for anything and has to ask his wife for everything while you stand outside in the hot sun. It’s a dirt lot. They yell at you for leaving your AC or fan on...

'Im over it.'

'It’s was super relaxing! The room was nice and clean! Nice staff! Wonderful friendly environment! '

'We previously attempted to communicate directly with the property manager about our concerns, but didn’t receive any response. Below are the issues we experienced: During check-in, issues with the front door lock and access code after traveling 14+ hours and it being 100+ degrees outside (poor communication); Garbage left in guest bedroom dresser (McDonald’s cup with liquid); All nightstands dusty and dirty; Hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner bottles empty or nearly empty in guest...
