This townhome is located steps from the San Juan River, which is perfect for tubing and rafting adventures. Downtown Pagosa Springs is a short drive away, where you'll find restaurants, shops, museums, and a handful of parks. The town's famous hot springs are only half a mile away. Hiking trails in the national forest are nearby in the summer, while skiing and snowboarding in winter is a short drive away at Wolf Creek.

Amazing!

This location is just magical! The river is literally right outside the back door. The sound of the river was perfect after a long day on slopes! The large living area and full windows facing the river made for a picturesque setting every evening. The amenities could not have been better! And having a garage is a must! Best place in Pagosa!

This is the best location in Pagosa Springs. It is directly adjacent to the San Juan River, in a quiet neighborhood, and within walking distance to downtown an the Springs Resort.

Stunning property. Location by the river was absolutely beautiful. Walking trail, river, town, and hot springs were all within walking distance. Amazing stocked kitchen with everything to assist in cooking for a large family.

Great Riverfront Family Vacation

We loved everything about this place. The location to town and the river was perfect. Great fishing at the park just down the way and the walking path to town was nice. Very well appointed home. We would love to come back in the fall or winter.

First Time Visit to Pagosa Springs

This lovely home and location were perfect for our family. The river behind us was our favorite. We started and ended every day on the deck. We made a list of all the wildlife we saw. Our three grandchildren enjoyed the park next to our neighborhood. We all rode our bikes there almost every day as well walked or rode on the river walk to downtown. We visited the Hot Springs but preferred the cold river. Honestly, we had everything we needed right there at the rental without having to leave. We did manage to climb Treasure Falls one day as well as Piedra Falls another day. We rafted 4 hours on the river one day with the best guide who his history. The men played golf another day . We found time to shop downtown a little every day. Our treat was to eat out every night and those were some great places and meals, no chain restaurants for us. How did we do all this in one week and feel rested at the end, I do not know. I do know how nice it was to come back to our Cobblestone haven on the river to rest for another day. It was absolutely wonderful for us Texans to escape the heat wave. Thank you. And the people of Pagosa Springs are gracious and friendly. See you next year.
