« Pauvre et froid l'accueil. Le buffet pour le déjeuner n'offrait que peu de choix. Pas de yaourt par exemple. Le service était confus- l'anglais pas compréhensible de certains employés est-il responsable? J'ai dû demander une tasse de thé à 5 reprises avant qu'on ne m'explique que c'était la faute de la cuisine s'il n'y en avait pas de prêt...Or nous n'étions qu'une poignée de clients attablés. Le service WiFi était pratiquement inexistant- je n'ai pas réussi à envoyer un seul message à partir...

« I stayed 2 delightful nights at the Ivanhoe. Your managers couldnt have been more helpful and thoughtful. The old part of the hotel is far nicer than the new annex. I stayed in a cosy room ( Col Sir Younghusband )with a fireplace, surrounded by thoughts on who had graced these rooms in the past. A place with a lot of character and lovely staff. « The rooms were clean and the staff were really helpful. They need to make the hotel more friendly for the people with disabilities. They need to put side rails up and make the hotel more wheel chair accessible. Furniture is old, basically to maintain the colonial heritage, but still the furniture could polished to look new. Otherwise no complaints. They just need to make it more friendly for the DISABLED since it’s on the top of a hill. »

« Great value for the purchase. We prolonged our stay. Nice big room with a view over Darjeeling and Kangchendzonga. The cleaning and roomservice is efficient. The reception is efficient too and very kind with advices. Thanks to Priyanka. »
