« This was a quiet stay in an older hotel with character and charm. It was close to Branson without having to drive thru the traffic. The hotel is older, well maintained and clean. My husband and I stayed for a 2 night quick weekend trip. John at the front desk was very helpful and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The restaurants, 2 breweries, coffee shop and ice cream is all within a short walk within the block. »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« Our condo was very clean, comfortable and spacious with everything we needed. Only problem we had was sharing the central air thermostat with the unit adjoining us. Service was prompt to fix it. Would have liked to have more cable channels and would have loved if the windows were clean enough to enjoy the view. The screen on the patio was also an obstruction of the view. Overall, very nice stay. »

« Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at this property. We arrived around 6:00 PM to check in, only to be told our room wasn’t ready due to severe understaffing. The staff asked us to return in about an hour, so we went to dinner and came back over two hours later—only to find the room still wasn’t ready. After waiting an additional hour in the lobby with my three exhausted children, we were informed that third-party bookings had overbooked the hotel and our reserved three-bed...

« The pictures made the property look nicer than it actually was. Also, it rained as was expected due to a storm. I had a fall in the hall hurting my knee and back due to the water that had accumulated on the floor. I reported this to management and did not think that I needed to go to ER; however, my knee and back were hurt. Not once was I contacted by staff to ask how I was feeling. I made them aware of this again and that no one had contacted to me to check on me before checking out with...

« Bed was not comfortable and the pillows were even worse. The breakfast was very plentiful and hot and fresh. There was a group of 10 of us we were fortunate to stay in building one but 2 of the couples who were older were in building 2 on the 3rd floor and the elevator was not working. »

« This seems to be an older motel but is very affordable and we had no issues with anything. We love the location just above Tanger outlets because we can go directly to the strip or head down to Sheppard of the Hills drive to avoid traffic. »

« Very nice hotel. They are doing some remodeling but our room was perfect. Outside of building is older but inside very modern. Comfy beds and pillows. Excellent breakfast but be prepared to walk outside to get to the room for breakfast. Excellent location to drive to attractions. Walking distance to a great meal and live entertainment.
