We were unable to stay at this property. It had a strong, fowl smell of mildew/mold once you opened the door and throughout the condo. When we contacted the property manager, they stated the carpets were professionally cleaned the day before, but the smell was so strong like there was a water leak or it remained damp for several days. Our family has allergies and we were unable to stay. We waisted a whole day of driving and gas, and my kids were distraught that they wouldnt get their beach trip. Very upsetting.
We enjoyed staying at Phoenix II. It was more laid back and much less crowded than the newer large complexes. The Condo was nice and true to how it was advertised. It could use some touch up as some of the walls are damaged. The kitchen has been remodeled nicely. Overall, clean and nice condo!
The location and the beach and ocean were amazing. Great view from the balcony. Down side was the place just seemed older some remodeling paint and a good deep clean would help the room a lot. Another downfall was that when we arrived we found out that parking passes were 55 per car which is outrageous
We absolutely loved our stay at the condo !!! It was clean, the beds were comfy, and it had everything you needed to stay there! Our first time to visit there and we loved the beach, ocean and food!! We will be back again!!!!
Nice location! We liked that we were able to use more then just our pool. We found out tower 1 pool was heated so we ended up using that pool when we were not at the beach
The condo was awesome the lobby area was not clean and needed updating. The elevators were disgusting. Parking was horrible we could never find parking or would have to park far away.
Bedroom carpets were filthy and need replacing. Bathroom bath mat should be thrown away. It was old, dirty, and ragged. The facility lobby smelled bad. We will not stay there again. The location and ocean view were the only redeeming qualities.
Our family enjoyed the beach condo. The location was great with easy access to the beach and shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and other amenities at the facility. The unit was clean and well stocked with the necessities. We enjoyed the views from the balcony.
Condo was nice. Needed a few repairs though. The safety lock on the door was broken, it locked with the key pad but not the other lock. Also the metal strip between the master bedroom and hallway was look and my 2 year old scratched her foot on a nail. Definitely unsettling. Over it was nice, has a great ocean view and can see dolphins from balcony. The check in process of the Pheonix is a headache because you have to go to a different building and not just to your room. Also parking is expensive for an already expensive resort in my opinion. $55 for your ne car for 5 days.
