This spacious and modern 5-bedroom, 7-bed beach house combines breathtaking ocean views, comfortable coastal living, and an unbeatable location in the heart of all the beach action. Whether you`re planning a family vacation, reunion, or getaway with friends, you`ll enjoy spectacular sunsets, constant ocean breezes, and front-row views of surfers, dolphins, and the Pacific Ocean from your private ocean-view balcony.

Wake each morning to the sound of crashing waves and spend your days exploring one of Southern California`s most walkable beach towns. The sandy beach is only a 2-3 minute stroll down the sidewalk, making it easy to surf, swim, build sandcastles, or simply relax by the water. During high tide, you`ll even see waves crashing dramatically against the shoreline while enjoying your morning coffee.

Leave your car parked during your stay. Walk or bike to Oceanside`s best restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, wine bars, boutique shopping, ice cream, the Oceanside Pier, movie theater, and the vibrant downtown Village. Favorites within walking distance include 333 Pacific, Flying Pig Pub & Kitchen, Local Tap House, Masters Kitchen & Cocktail, Privateer Coal Fire Pizza, Exhale, Green Cheek Beer Co., Wrench & Rodent Seabasstropub, and many more.

The spacious floor plan offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The primary suite features a king bed, private ocean-view balcony, and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two includes a queen bed with a private ensuite bathroom, while bedroom three offers a king bed with its own ensuite. Downstairs, bedrooms four and five feature a queen bed and a full bed and share a hallway bathroom. Two twin rollaway beds provide additional sleeping options for children or extra guests.

After a day at the beach, gather in the game room for family fun, enjoy dinner together, or relax while listening to the waves from nearly every room in the house.

Bring your beach cruisers and explore Oceanside`s beautiful coastal bike trail, ride to the harbor, rent kayaks, paddleboards, or electric boats, or simply spend the day enjoying everything this lively beach community has to offer.

We proudly welcome dogs! Your furry family members will appreciate our dedicated dog run, professionally sanitized between guests. Dog beds and kennels are available upon request before arrival, and Freddie`s Place Animal Hospital is nearby should your pet need care during your stay.

Our local team is always close by if you need assistance. We`re happy to recommend the best restaurants, coffee shops, surfing lessons, fishing charters, golf courses, boat rentals, and family activities to help make your vacation unforgettable.

Traveling with kids? LEGOLAND California, SEA LIFE Aquarium, and the LEGOLAND Water Park are only about 10 minutes away. Petco Park, home of the Padres, is an easy drive south for baseball fans.

Getting around couldn`t be easier. Download the Ride Circuit app and enjoy Oceanside`s convenient electric shuttle service. For a small fee, you`ll be picked up right outside the home and taken throughout the beach district without worrying about parking.

This home is all about location. You`re staying in one of Oceanside`s most vibrant and walkable beach neighborhoods where there`s always something happening. From the balcony you`ll enjoy front-row views of surfers, cyclists, walkers, beachgoers, dolphins, and unforgettable sunsets.

Because of this prime location, the home is next to a public parking lot, which provides convenient overflow parking but also creates an active atmosphere, particularly during summer, weekends, and holidays. If you enjoy the energy of a classic Southern California beach town, you`ll love being right in the middle of it all.

Like many beach homes just steps from the ocean, the property shows some normal coastal wear and is a bit worn around the edges in places. We keep the home exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and guests consistently tell us the incredible location, spacious layout, ocean views, and walkability more than make up for these cosmetic imperfections. 6. Guest will provide your clothing, food, spices, condiments, cooking oil, foil, plastic wrap personal hygiene products, disposable goods, paper/plastic goods. If you use up the supply we start you with of paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper then you will buy what you need from the local stores. There are nearby stores to purchase all of these items.

7 House is on sump pump so only toilet tissue in toilets. Feminine hygiene and wipes will cause sump pump to stop working.

8 Prior to your 10 am departure on day of check out, please do your dishes and take pout your trash.

9 We have 4-5 car parking

A maximum of 14 total humans including infants and all visitors . Once a person enters the home they are counted and not subtracted. There are strict city laws and we can’t risk losing our license. No weddings, parties, gatherings or events.

Guest Contract and House Rules
1. Check in is 4 P.M. and checkout is 10 A.M.

2. This is a NON SMOKING property .

3. No visitors or extra overnights guests where you have invited more people than you indicated on your reservation request form. Extra people over what is indicated on your reservation are at a rate of $500 per person per day. This includes kids and visitors not spending the night. No high school or college groups.

4. Nothing illegal is permitted and grounds for immediate eviction and loss of rents.

5. This is an enforceable contract between Guest and owner. Any attempt to reserve a property by providing false or misleading information will cancel your reservation and you will forfeit any money or deposits paid to reserve the home.

6. Parties and events are not allowed. Music should never be played so loud that it can be heard at neighboring properties. Sorry no weddings engagements or elopements.

7. Guest shall be responsible for any and all damages arising during their visit, including all damages sustained by their guests or invitees.

8. Guest acknowledges that the house, furnishings, and property are with faults. Accordingly, Guest agrees to take the house and property in an `as is,` `whereas, and with all faults` condition, and assumes all risk associated with the house, furnishings, beach, amount of sand, access to public beach, noise from neighbors, people, street, seawall repair or construction projects. These are items that may occur during your stay and we have no control over. This is an active beach community.

9. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Owner, its representatives, agents, and others working on its behalf (`Representatives`) against any claims, demands, suits, losses, damages, including all costs connected, which are or may be asserted or recovered against Owner and Representatives by reason of personal/bodily injury, death, or property damages, including loss of use which arises out of or is in any way connected with this contract. If there were an unexpected situation, emergency or disaster, we have the right to void this contract. If that were to happen, we would offer you a selection of other potential available properties.

10. Guest will provide your clothing, food, spices, condiments, cooking oil, foil, plastic wrap personal hygiene products, disposable goods, paper/plastic goods. You might want to bring charcoal and firewood. If you use up the supply we start you with of paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper then you will buy what you need from the local stores. There are nearby stores to purchase all of these items.

11. You are only allowed to have the number of people on property as stated in your email request form. For example, if you declared 8 people on your reservation request ,then only 8 people can be on property at any time. This rule includes visitors not spending the night.



13. Pets, under 15 lbs, only with a prepaid cleaning $375 fee pet. Pets can not be left alone in any room or any part of the house. They must be with you or in a kennel. Pets panic and cause damage if you leave them in the home for just a few minutes. No pets on beds or furniture. Please bring pet bedding and kennel. Only one pet per stay or pet fee and must be under 15 lbs. No large dogs. Bo oets in sandy backyard

14. Terms and conditions: The terms of this agreement are: no refunds. There are no refunds, for any reason. Guest further agrees once any payment to retain the home has been made, the terms of this contract specify no refunds. Once Guest arrives at rental property, Guest agrees they must inform manager in writing of any condition or listed amenity that needs repair or does not meet with their expectations. Guest agrees manager has 24 hrs to evaluate complaint and rectify or repair said situation. If repairs and or replacement can -not be made within 24 hrs, guest agrees to a maximum reimbursement and compensation of up to $45 per stay. That amount will be decided by the booking agent. Guest agrees representatives can enter the property once a report or complaint has been filed to investigate potential issue and take photographs. Guest further agrees the beach and ocean are an ever changing environment. There are no assurances made about weather, beach, level of sand, water, waves or access to the public beach from the back yard.
Since we have a no refunds policy, we suggest you purchase travel insurance for a variety of protections.
