The apartment features two spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, air conditioning, private bathroom, and closet. A half bathroom and carefully selected furnishings complete the interior. The area is easily accessible by car or taxi. The drive from Oaxaca International Airport takes approximately 40 minutes. Having a car is convenient, though taxis are widely available throughout the city.

The building does not have an elevator. The rooftop jacuzzi is heated using solar energy, so water temperature may vary depending on weather conditions.
