'Beautiful new property which was conveniently located near tons of shopping and restaurants.'

'The property has been updated, but key maintenance overlooked. Areas in the bathroom had cracked plaster with rust showing through. Upon check-in, the hotel required an additional $50 deposit for "room damage" which was not disclosed when booking the property. The hotel wifi only worked for part of our stay. The clerk that handled our check-in didn't inform us of the breakfast hours, and we didn't find the breakfast very good.'

'Do not recommend. Three strikes and we left for a different option. Strike one: room somewhat dirty and smelled funny Strike two: Remote didn’t work with TV Strike three: An hour after we arrived and were settling in we discovered that the water had just been turned off due to a plumbing problem and “hopefully” would be back on by the next day. Nope, we’re out, packed up and went elsewhere. The only good thing I have to say is that Carrie the counter person was understanding and apologetic.'

'​Great Staff and Room, Poor Maintenance ​Our room was clean and updated, parking was easy, and the staff was excellent. Breakfast was average. However, the recreational facilities were unacceptable. The pool walls had noticeable stains, the spa was out of order with murky brown water, and the gym was closed. I hope management addresses the cleanliness and maintenance issues soon.'

'The front desk canceled my reservation because I checked in late, although the room was already paid in full thru Expedia. The hotel required me to had to pay them directly to keep the room and ask Expedia for a refund. I contacted Expedia but was told it would need to be escalated to another department and I would hear back soon.'
