This beautiful home is just a four-minute drive to the nearest public beach access located on East Beach Drive. The scenic boardwalk one street over also allows you to walk to the beach if you prefer, with the white sand and rolling surf just over a half a mile stroll from your doorstep. Nestled under the trees, Coastal Paws has everything you need for an amazing retreat with family and friends. Enjoy listening to nature as you sit on the screened porch or simply listen to the waves in the distance.

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom house is ready to welcome you to your home away from home. The living room is beautifully decorated in coastal colors, with an abundance of natural lighting that accompanies the comfortable furniture. Spend time with family and friends as you enjoy your favorite shows on the flat screen television mounted on the wall. The vaulted ceilings make this home spacious enough for you and your loved ones to gather around and reminisce.

Aside from the living room is the dining area that seats eight. Feast on your favorite coastal dish while enjoying the scenic view through the sliding glass door, which is perfectly stationed in front of the dining table. Beside the dining area sits the kitchen, decked in all white cabinetry with stainless-steel appliances. Equipped with all of your kitchen necessities and more, you and your family can make a meal together as you make memories. Prefer not to cook? Add on the optional golf cart for an additional fee of $600 per week and you can zip over to your favorite island restaurant or explore the Live Oak lined side streets.

The master bedroom is located down the hall from the kitchen and is furnished with a king-sized bed, along with a flat screened television. The master bathroom is located inside this sleeping quarters with double vanities and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is located by the living room and equipped with a king-sized bed and ample closet space. The third sleeping quarter is across from the second bedroom. This particular room has a double bed and a twin bed plus a twin trundle for you to rest peacefully. The second bathroom is located between both of these sleeping areas.

Take advantage of the outdoors and bask in the island life as you sip your coffee on the screened in porch or read your favorite book as the wind whistles through the trees in the background. As you come back from a long day at the beach, wash off in the outdoor shower with hot or cold water. A grill is also provided so you and your family can have the option to cook outside if preferred.
