Blokhutten in Northeast Piscataquis

'Awesome but... The cabin, location, hosts, booking etc., were all phenomenal, this was our second time staying at this location as we loved it so much the first time. Unfortunately an encounter with a resident at the very end of the road cast a shadow over our stay. My wife and I were out on the water, I was in a single person canoe fishing and she was in her kayak just enjoying the scenery when a male came from his home, got into his motor boat and approached her accosting/accusing her of going...

'This cottage was in a very remote place on the lake. We loved the peace and quiet. It was very clean. The chair in the living space was so comfy you could take a nap. The pillows in the bedroom were very flat but bed was comfy. If you like to relax at a quiet place in a nice location. This place is for you. '

'It was a get away to a quiet place with a lot of unique features. There is a walking path lit with colorful leds, that was fun to stroll. The out house is funky but very clean, a very rural experience. The cabin was very nice, almost like palacial tree house but on the ground. It was warm enough and I slept well too. This is a get away spot, I recommend, part of which what is not there makes it special. Waldon Pond in a field! I could easly spend a week there doing my writing & a artistic...

'We loved our stay here!!! The dogs enjoyed being able to run back and forth to the lake. We enjoyed the off-grid feel, and were able to use the boat launch, and had some great fishing! '

'Stayed there with our twos dogs and the location was perfect. Camp was very clean and is directly on the water, even had a dock for us to dock our fishing boat. It has everything you need. Beautiful big windows in the front let in so much natural light and the sunsets views are perfect from the front deck. I do wish the camp had a bigger bed the double was a little tight for us but other than that the place was percent for us.'
