'The room and staff were great. The only disappointing part was my disabled friend was unable to swim because 1. The handicapped lift was broken and 2. the pool was freezing!'

'The room was clean and plenty of space for 3 people with the 2 Dbl beds and sofa bed. Especially like the sink/vanity area being outside of the bathroom/shower room. The only annoyance was the seal on the mini fridge was not 'tight' so it made a loud humming sound and we had to keep something heavy propped up against it so it remained shut.
