WELCOME TO Harmony House
When arriving at the property you will have plenty of parking under the house enough for 2-3 cars and street side parking. Walking around to the back of the house you will be greeted by your own custom built pool and private dock over looking the Marsh that feeds directly into the Atlantic Ocean.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
Each bedroom provides comfort and privacy, complete with Smart TVs and coastal-inspired decor. Each bed will be freshly made prior to your arrival, towels and wash cloths are provided as well. Our home is made for families or groups looking to have room to relax and space to sneak away for the quieter moments as well.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES:
Harmony House is designed for convenience and comfort. The property includes cable TV in the living room, high-speed WiFi, a private washer/dryer, full kitchen needed for meal preparation, and all linens need for the home. We recommend renting a golf cart from one of our local vendors in the area and use that your entire vacation! Our pool can be heated for your convenience as well!

POOL HEAT
Pool heat can only be offered March 15th – May 31st and September 1st – October 31st for an additional fee of $400 + tax. During this period, the pool can only reach temps about 10 degrees warmer than the outside air and max heat 84 degrees for the pool.

To ensure your first night with us is comfortable, we've provided a starter kit of essential supplies. This is just a little something to help you settle in. Please note, this kit is intended to cover your immediate needs upon arrival. For the duration of your stay, you may want to bring or purchase any additional items you require.
TV/STREAMING
The property features smart TVs with access to streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, and more. Please note that guests need to use their own accounts for these services. We do not provide cable TV – streaming options only. Enjoy your entertainment experience!
NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement.
NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
SMART TV INFO
All our properties are equipped with state-of-the-art smart TVs. Please note that we do not offer standard cable channels. However, guests can make the most of various streaming options available on these smart TVs. Ensure you have your streaming service credentials on hand if you wish to access specific platforms.
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
We pride ourselves on ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. We have a dedicated maintenance staff on-call for most hours of the day. Should you notify us of any concerns or issues after 5PM, there might be a delay in addressing it until the next day. However, please rest assured, we will do everything within our power to rectify the situation promptly.
POOL/HOT TUB MAINTENANCE
Our pool is maintained by a trusted third-party company. Due to their independent operations, we can't provide specific day confirmations to guests about their visits, and they are not required to announce their arrival when servicing the property.
