« Very cozy cottage indeed! This was a last minute reservation after another rental fell through and we could not be happier that we found it. The cottage was very clean and comfortable! The beach was just across the street and the hosts had great response time throughout our stay. We loved having the little balcony to enjoy our coffee in the mornings, both bedrooms had their own bathroom and there was ample parking for 2 if needed. The pools were a short walk away for a nice break from the beach...

« The property is very nice and perfectly located for a golf trip. Just a few things kept it from being 5 star: 1) When we arrived the trash and recycling in the garage was overflowing, smelled bad and caused fruit flies to get in the house. 2) The internet speed was atrocious. Everyone had to tether their laptops and the TV's in each bed room to their own phone's cellular networks to get speeds fast enough to do any work or watch TV.3) Some of the linens that were on the beds had stains, as...

« We loved our stay there. It has a great view of Kingston Plantation, the rooms are great, and communication was wonderful. When we first walked into the condo it had a weird smell and realized the front bedroom carpet had been shampooed. However, I believe no fault of the owners/management company. I was thinking maybe the people that previously stayed there may have brought a pet with them because it smelled like a wet dog or kitty litter.
