« It is weird to talk to a computer screen because someone's too scared to come out and actually speak with the customers. Also I rented a room through Expedia I have never got to the hotel and then demanded 100 more dollars especially at a Motel 6. You see a handicap sticker on my car and you put me on the second floor at the end of the hall. The room was clean no hot water could not take a hot shower. And no disrespect if you're in the country of America speak English so you can communicate...
