'The first thing that greeted us through the lobby doors was a giant cockroach that scared my young daughters. The rooms were standard and okay. But upkeep and maintenance has not been maintained. The lid of the ice bucket was broken, corner wall protector was falling off the wall. The mirror of our room was dirty and chipped on the edges. 'Our biggest issues were communication and there was a power shut off plan that we did not know about which affected us on a Saturday morning while we were trying to get ready to go out for the day. Also their internet went out for majority of a day. We had asked for towels and it took half a day or more to get it. Communication at times is very good but other times their app there was not good communication. It is a beautiful hotel and residence. Amenities appear to be superb. Staff does try....

'Affordable and clean place to stay. Staff was nice and helpful. Phone did not come with the room. Need complimentary hygiene items in room.'
