'This was such an ideal place to stay during my sabbatical and leisure visit to Austin Texas. Located perfectly in the Northeast area of Austin, close to downtown and walkable to a ton of great places. The condo was clean and tidy and was perfect for what it was used for during my 4 night 5 day trip. 'We had a great stay at this condo and on such short notice! We decided to spend the night in downtown Austin just about 24 hours to check in. Communication was clear and simple. The view was a 10. Rooftop pool deck was awesome! Happy to recommend!'

'This is a great spot with a very "hotel" vibe. The majority of this building is vacation rentals, and they have staff onsite that cleans and maintains everything. The location is awesome - right at the south end of Rainey near the trail and walking distance from tons of bars and restaurants. The only thing to note is that the checkout is actually 10am, not 11am as listed. This was a surprise via email the night before we checked out. There is also NO free parking as the listing states.
