'Good miami location out of the heavy flow of things. No water access though, no pool, no beaches close (traffic makes it not very accessible).Clean and comfortable stay. '

'It was comfortable and well equipped. Only thing that the studio itself could be cleaner. Looks like it was not done properly. All Linen had some bad odor and floors were stained apparently from dropped greasy food at the living room. The bathroom walls were not done appropriately and the AC vents have so much dust in it. Always room for improvement.'

'The property is extremely outdated and worn (drawers don’t open, base boards and tile dirty and stained). There is no ramp to use with a stroller to get in and out of the property so you need two people to carry the stroller up and down stairs. You ca ask for an early check in, which is at 1:30. I inquired about an early check in at 9:00 am the day of check in. At 12:20 pm I still had not heard back from them so we made arrangements for a scheduled pick up with UBER and a late hotel check out...
