I booked three nights the first night we were evacuated twice with the fire alarm going on and off just about all night we finally got an apology when checking was not offered any compensation or anything else I thought the breakfast was awful not good enough to be free

The room was clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had a nice view of the lake. There was a Murphy bed and foldout sofa. The Murphy bed was adequate but fairly hard. We weee there for the Arkansas Derby so the town was very full and neighbors were very noisy. I still would stay here ...

The house is super cute and in a great location, close to everything! Loved the screened in porch overlooking the lake. Hosts were great about answering questions.

Nice spot to get away from it all! Not too far from just about anything in Hot Springs. Hot tub was nice after a day of hiking.
