'Good evening,   My kids and I have stayed here several times and enjoyed it so decided to come back.  Its not been comfortable since we got here. The parking lot had construction everywhere, There are no lights in the hallways, at the entrance, nor outside the elevator, the jacuzzi/pool was dirty, the gym was closed we were looking forward to getting our workouts in while here, cant call the front desk because The phones do not work, and the tables in the room were dirty i had to wipe them...

Closer doors were very tired, safe was unresponsive (solved), roaches in the kitchenette (solved), bathroom door stuck and scraped. Staff at the front desk very friendly.'

"This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The location is almost at the end of the boardwalk but the Virginia Beach shuttle stops right outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there were some things that were not right, when we arrived the indoor pool was not open, both washing machines were out of order (there were 4 brand new dryers in operation) and the sliding door to the balcony in our room we could only open by using a lot of force. We had a balcony with sea view on a high floor and the view was fantastic."
