'The house was clean, aside from pet hair from previous people staying. Communication was great and very easy. I will say that if you do have accessibility needs that this house would be a problem since the only bathroom is on the 2nd floor. It wasn't a huge problem for us, but others it might. It was just something I overlooked. '

'A great open floor plan downstairs and plenty of privacy in the bedrooms upstairs. The location allowed a lot of privacy, but it was only a five minute drive to restaurants, grocery stores and other essential shoppers. We really enjoyed our stay and are thinking of booking again '

'Rated 4/5 because of the exterior. The entrance requires lighting at night. The rear steps need to be repaired. Lastly, there was an excessive amount of fallen leaves, and due to rain it was very slippery. The interior was great!'
