« We stayed a few nights in this hotel and had a subpar experience. We found things in the couch and the dishwasher was still loaded when we arrived which put us off to the cleanliness of the room. We had a neighboring room with a dog which provided an ample amount of barking during our stay. We also had an issue with the hot water where it would only work if we ran the sink and the shower at the same time. When we informed management of this they said that was normal for their rooms. The bathroom...

« Came to town for a concert & wanted to stay close to Moody Center. The room was clean and had a great view of the city. The room included a stove, fridge, washer, and dishwasher. There was food and bars all in close proximity, felt safe to be outside walking around. In the morning there was quite a bit of noise in the alleyway behind, but they did provide single use ear plugs, which was thoughtful! I left something behind in the room, and the communication with the Kasa team via email/texts was...

« First room we were placed in smelt like an ash tray from the 70s. Then we were moved to a room with a toilet that didn’t flush properly. It required a pitcher of water to be poured into the back for every flush. I told them the evening we got there and then the next morning again. Someone came up at 10:30 to hand me a plunger. By noon they sent someone to fix the toilet. The mattress on the pullout bed was disgustingly stained. There was dust everywhere. Property shows playground that doesn’t...

« Rooms were dirty…we had to be moved after we seen our first room. The air didn’t work, tv remote didn’t work and room was filthy. We were then told the only available room was a queen suite with fold out couch. We went to look at it and it was dirty. The desk clerk then said he had one king suite he was saving to sell but gave it to us anyway. The bedding we had for the fold out couch had huge holes throughout the comforter. When we asked for a new blanket, we were given a mattress pad because...

« Our group had eight adults and 11 kids. This was the best hotel for our time in Austin. We got units 4 & 5. The two kitchens and two living rooms were perfect for the adults to have one side and the kids to have the other. The price was more than fair for how much room we got. Plenty of things to walk to, especially food and drink wise. Only warning is if you want a quiet hotel at night, then you might look elsewhere. There is a live music venue right next door, so if you aren't planning on...

Nord-ouest d'Austin : les avis sur les hôtels les plus prisés

Homewood Suites by Hilton Austin/Cedar Park-Lakeline

8/10 Bien

"Hôtel bon raport qualité prix pour une nuit"

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Austin Northwest/Research Blvd

8/10 Bien

"Draps de lit nickel tout comme les serviettes. Un petit effort pour le passage journalier au niveau sdb, mais à noter que les serviettes sont changées tous les jours, rien à redire d’important sur un séjour de 8 nuits"

Hyatt House Austin/Downtown

8/10 Bien

"La chambre était propre à l’arrivée, par contre que 3 serviettes alors que nous étions 4, obligés de demander 1 supplémentaire tous les jours à la réception, les jours passants le ménage etait de plus en plus laxiste. Nous ne sommes pas difficile, mais on s’est retrouvé la dernière nuit sans papier toilette!!"
