'We stayed a few nights in this hotel and had a subpar experience. We found things in the couch and the dishwasher was still loaded when we arrived which put us off to the cleanliness of the room. We had a neighboring room with a dog which provided an ample amount of barking during our stay. We also had an issue with the hot water where it would only work if we ran the sink and the shower at the same time. When we informed management of this they said that was normal for their rooms. 'The property was very clean and had many useful amenities. The host provided everything we needed such as laundry detergent, extra towels, etc. without an issue. The property is in a prime location and being able to walk out the front door and be able to be right in the middle of all the restaurants, shops, and bars was such a huge plus to this trip. I would 100% stay here again next time I'm in Austin, TX.'

'Not as advertised. Pool closed. Apartment had broken furniture, including the desk office chair, that my 5 year old sat in the night we arrived that literally fell over because multiple feet were bent.. Apartment is right next to trash room. Hallway smelled of narcotics and apartment had strong cleaning chemical smell. Cheap pack and play, no crib as advertised. Couch full of stains. Unit was dirty upon arrival. including someone elses hair in one of the showers. Oven still had old food...

'Place was super convenient, clean, quiet, and safe. Staff were very helpful and packages were delivered without any doubt. Look forward to my next stay.'
