'The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and well appointed. All the staff, from reception, restaurant and bar staff and cleaners were all very friendly and helpful. The Grain restaurant is a standout, bettering most of the top tier restaurants in Launceston for quality, innovation and value. All in all, Peppers Silo is a hotel I would highly recommend and definitely will be our go to hotel in Launceston.'

'This is the second time we've visited the Low Head, George Town area and wanted to stay at the pilot station. We were not disappointed; these charming old buildings are in great condition for their age. We had trouble with the gas heater in our unit but Jodi from the kiosk came to the rescue. The bed was comfortable; the kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment and parking was onsite and close to the unit. These units are old and have some "quirky" features at times. We would definitely stay...

'Amazing stay. Beautiful views over the Tamar River. Well appointed with well stocked fully functional kitchen. 2 bedroom apartment is made out of 2 separate areas: 1 apartment (1 king bed, bathroom with bath, 1 kitchen, 1 dining area , 1 seating area with smart TV, washing machine and dryer and outdoor area) and 1 studio (1 double bed, 1 kitchenette, 1 bathroom which includes a washing machine and its own outdoor seating area). Good value for money. '

'Spacious room and bathroom, nicely clean and seemingly freshly renovated. Unfortunately the "queen size bed" was a double, and just like the bed, the bathroom seemed to be designed for small people. It's astonishing that in this day and age companies still use fixed showerheads at 6” or even less (I'm 6”7, 2 meter). Also, the sink was quite low and small... The provided kettle doesn't even fit under the tap, we had to use the shower to fill it.'
