The hosts were excellent, going above and beyond - i needed to check-in early as well as a late check-out and when it looked like my taxi wasn’t going to show up they even got me over to the Spirit of Tasmania. I’m not fond of travelling solo, so being looked after by such kind, caring people is a real pleasure. '

'This is the second time we've visited the Low Head, George Town area and wanted to stay at the pilot station. We were not disappointed; these charming old buildings are in great condition for their age. We had trouble with the gas heater in our unit but Jodi from the kiosk came to the rescue. The bed was comfortable; the kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment and parking was onsite and close to the unit. These units are old and have some "quirky" features at times. We would definitely stay...

'Excellent service at reception, bar and restaurant, the young ladies were so friendly polite and helpful, even organised meals for us after the kitchen had closed as we arrived late, foods great drinks great, view from the restaurant and rooms was amazing, very clean rooms, very comfortable bed, highly recommend , we loved it so much we booked a few more nights.'
