'We had a great stay for UF graduation. Close to campus. Clean and comfortable. Easily accommodates guests as listed. We had everything we needed. Wawa is close as well as First Watch for breakfast. We also visited Swamp Head brewery nearby. Check-in was easy and the communication with the rental company was clear and concise providing all the info we needed in advance. '

'We unfortunately had to cancel our trip after our dog was diagnosed with a tumor and required urgent surgery. We contacted the property about 10 days before our scheduled stay to ask if it would be possible to either reschedule our reservation or receive any assistance, even though we understood the booking was non-refundable. 'The check in was hard. I didn’t get the email until after I’d been at property for two hours. We found a guy at the pool and he showed us to the lady that checked us in. They did have a company come in to check water leaks for two hours but they did try to stay out of the way. The bed was wet due to a leak but they are aware of it. There were ants that were in the doorways. Overall, not a bad stay'
