We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We were in town for my daughter’s graduate school interview at UF, and this place was absolutely perfect for our visit.The host was incredibly friendly and communicative leading up to our stay, and both check-in and check-out were completely seamless. The instructions were clear, specific, and very much appreciated, it made everything stress-free.The accommodations were spotless and comfortable. The couch and beds were very comfy, the location felt safe, private, and quiet, and it was exactly what we needed after a long travel day. The kitchen was well equipped, appliances newer and fully functioning and there were plenty of towels and extra linens available, including cozy blankets which was a nice touch as we stayed during unexpectedly frigid (for Florida!) weather.We truly felt at home during our stay and would absolutely book here again. Highly recommend!

A Gem.

This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Gainesville. We stayed for our daughters graduation and it was perfect. Very spacious, clean and have everything you'll need away from home. The University of Florida is just 10 minutes drive and Celebration Area where you have fine shops and resturants is really less than mile away. Great place.

Great location and clean!

My daughter and I stayed here for a week during motocross races. The location was awesome - close to shopping and restaurants. 2 exits away from Gatorback Motocross track. Very clean amenities, comfortable beds. Nice to have 2 bathrooms. Worked perfectly for our needs. Super easy check in and out. Thank you!

Visiting daughter at UF

Yenni's property was everything we expected from the description and pictures and she was responsive to all correspondence during our stay. The location was central to so many restaurants and stores and easy access to I75. My husband works remote and did have some trouble with the internet dropping quite a bit, which was a bit frustrating, but other that than it was an amazing stay.
