'Perfect spot for an overnight stay. We went to a Gator football game, so this was a good place to get some rest before the next days travel. Host was extremely quick to respond when contacted and was quite pleasant and helpful. '

'Beautiful property with tons of wildflowers conveniently located in Gainesville. The property has been meticulously updated and everything is fresh, clean and modern. Tons of hang out spaces for different people to talk. We even spent some time looking for four leaf clovers in the gardens! The communication between the property owner and myself was easy and the check-in/out processes couldn’t be more simple. Highly recommend and will definitely reuse again in the future!'

'Stayed w/family for graduation weekend. Very convenient to campus, beautiful quiet neighborhood. Even found a walking trail to the Preserve closeby. 3 of 4 bedrooms are downstairs & getting from driveway to the house was tricky for the 3 elderly ladies we traveled with but overall was a wonderful experience'

'We booked this for a weekend baseball tournament for our Family of four (two teens). Both kids had their own rooms and there were board games available for the kids. Overall the kids had a great time and the property was great for our weekend needs. Owners were very responsive via the app. '

'Cute historic home in between campus and downtown Gainesville. Not the best neighborhood, but location is solid. TV has no cable access, so bring firestick/roku to hook up yourself. Floors definitely need to be mopped, but overall the linens were cleaned very well and house was very tidy and cutely decorated. Nice big fridge too. I would recommend this place for an inexpensive gameday stay! '
