'The elevator is NOT working. The lobby is closed and has plastic tarps up to block it off. Construction material is sitting by the front door. The front doors don’t always open and are supposed to be motion activated. The smoke alarm in the hallway had plastic covering it and was taped off with painters tape. Carpet is ripped in the room. The breakfast area was in a hotel room with NO hot breakfast. People were having a yelling match outside of our door early in the morning. The front desk...

'Very disappointed with this stay. The hotel claims to be smoke-free but the smell of smoke was extremely strong as soon as we stepped off the elevator and inside our room. It was so bad it gave me a headache, and even opening the windows didn’t help.
I also reserved a room with two queen beds but was given a king bed instead due to a “maintenance issue,” which was frustrating since it wasn’t what I paid for. When I went to the front desk about the smoke smell, I was told the whole building...

'This website sent me to a hotel that was under renovation and not in service. I arrived at 11:30 pm. It took a half hour to reach a customer service person. And then another half hour for that person to Not reach the hotel! Because it wasn’t in service!!! Ridiculous!!!!'
