'Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. 'Worst experience ever! Host was so bad, wouldn’t communicate. We had to chance for the access details. We traveled over 3 hours to turn up after a day at Alton towers around 7.30pm to find the access details were wrong. After chasing for the correct ones we found that the property wasn’t what we paid for. We had 3 adults and 7 children (10people) and there were only 2 double beds and a single to sleep 5. The property was a lovely house but not listed as only having space for 5 people to sleep....

'Clean. Great communication from the host. Did have bunk beds in one of the twin rooms which weren't advertised but not an issue. All in all a great place to stay the night before a day at alton towers with friends. '
