'Friendly helpful staff, good location'

'The bathroom's caulking was moldy, and the chair in the room was worn and frayed. The pocket-spring mattress was worn out. The staff was neutral. Nothing special for the money you pay. It is close to the MK arena for darts, though.'

There was no staff at the guest house for me to speak to. When I returned to the room after getting some food I found that the smell was coming from the damp mattress and the smell I believed was urine. I rung the contact number I had, but nobody answered. There was no staff at the venue. It was too late to go anywhere else so I ended up...

'Hotel prima, omgeving niet echt inspirerend (ongetwijfeld gelegen in het feit dat Milton Keynes een jonge stad is) maar wel genoeg restaurants en kroegen in de buurt. Wat tegen viel was dat er voor alles extra kosten in rekening gebracht werden (parkeren, ontbijt, WiFi).'

'The room was a little tired and dirty. The bathroom has not been cleaned well. There were hairs in the tub and marks/dirt on the toilet seat and around the sink area. The front desk staff were pleasant enough, though at check in I was told I owed £40 but I’d already paid the full amount. The redeeming part was the breakfast- good food and friendly staff. '

'Parking was part of booking the hotel and there was plenty of space, staff was very friendly and helpful.'

'Check in was terrible, I arrived about 11pm, no one was there apart from a note on the door to call a central receptionist who then WhatsApped the codes to get in and to get my room key. Couldn’t find my room and had to call back to be told I was in another building. Had trouble finding the right door to get in the next building and then had no code for that building and had to cal back again. Parking was in the dark and payment machines were to dark to see Room was ok but not the best but...
