'The bathroom's caulking was moldy, and the chair in the room was worn and frayed. The pocket-spring mattress was worn out. The staff was neutral. Nothing special for the money you pay. It is close to the MK arena for darts, though.'

'An older property, but well maintained and fully functional. 1st floor rooms had sloping ceiling which impacted space a little. Adjacent to a very popular BBQ restaurant, which meant busy car parking area. Hotel on a lake with long walks possible on paved walkways, complete with abundant aquatic fowl to watch.'

'The room was a little tired and dirty. The bathroom has not been cleaned well. There were hairs in the tub and marks/dirt on the toilet seat and around the sink area. The front desk staff were pleasant enough, though at check in I was told I owed £40 but I’d already paid the full amount. The redeeming part was the breakfast- good food and friendly staff. '

'Stayed here for the MK Marathon Weekend and was pleasantly surprised how good the hotel was. It's like no hotel I've ever stayed in. They provided a lovely marathon breakfast package for runners with was an extremely thoughtful touch from them. Absolutely loved my stay here, would definitely return in future.'
